We are a dairy and egg-f...Mmmmm, sounds delicious! We are a dairy and egg-free home and I bake lots of bread from "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day." We go through a bit more bread per day than you do (two hungry boys!) so it's handy to have the dough all mixed up and in the fridge.
